Public sources, checked dates
Our articles link to official Corpay Prepaid and Fintwist pages and relevant Consumer Financial Protection Bureau information. Sources for this edition were checked October 21, 2026. A checked date is not a promise that an external page will remain unchanged.
Program scope matters
A Fintwist-branded page for a particular program does not establish everyone’s terms. We use the Modivcare page only for its fuel-payment example, not as a universal fee schedule. The official naming announcement is not evidence that an individual card’s issuer or agreement has changed.
Original examples are labeled
Fictional restaurant arithmetic, receipt routines and planning notes illustrate one concept at a time. They are not real customer stories, quotations, fee estimates or successful transaction tests. No employee, provider representative or cardholder is quoted as an invented authority.
What we do not determine
We do not calculate an actual available balance, certify card acceptance, predict release dates, decide disputes or interpret an individual legal claim. The current agreement, merchant conditions and verified provider records are necessary for those questions.
