Read without optional memory, or choose to save your place on this device.
The transaction checklist does not use cookies or localStorage for its inputs. It works only in the current page. The separate optional reading feature remembers article position after consent.

Storage inventory
Reading-feature storage
- rnr_privacy_v1 · first-party cookie
- Records preference version, reading choice and timestamp after a deliberate saved choice. Maximum 180 days, scoped to this website path. A later choice replaces it; browser site-data controls can remove it.
- rnr_reading_v1 · localStorage
- Optional article paths, reading positions and timestamps. Initialized only after reading-position consent, including an empty record on non-article pages. Entries at least 180 days old are ignored when read. Expired entries are removed on the next saved reading-position write, where browser access permits; each such write saves at most 30 records. Reading alone does not rewrite localStorage. Rejecting or disabling the option attempts to remove the record. Unused localStorage may remain until a later saved reading-position write, rejection or removal through browser controls.
- Role, stage and focus selections
- Current-page memory only. The question sorter does not persist these inputs; Reset choices removes them from the current page.
Other website technologies
The question sorter and reading controls do not include analytics, advertising tags or third-party media players. Other WordPress plugins, embedded content and hosting services can operate separately. Reading-preference controls govern only the reading feature; they do not control those services or establish a complete inventory of the website.
WordPress sign-in and administration may use separate authentication cookies for signed-in users. These reading controls do not remove authentication cookies, email, server logs or records at linked websites. This list describes reading-feature storage and any additional details the publisher has supplied.
Make or withdraw a choice
The first-visit notice offers Accept optional, Reject optional and Settings. Optional reading memory is off until you choose it. You can reopen settings from the footer on any page. Rejecting or withdrawing clears this publication’s optional reading records; it does not erase storage created by other websites or unrelated software.
When storage is unavailable
If your browser cannot save the consent preference, optional memory remains off. The articles and local checklist still work. A private browsing mode or browser cleanup can remove saved choices, in which case the notice may appear again.
Scope of these controls
These controls manage the reading feature identified here. They do not control cookies on external official-source websites, your browser settings or independent services added outside this publication’s control. Read the Privacy Policy for website-delivery and correspondence information.
