A useful editorial message
Include the article title or URL, the sentence that needs attention, and a public source if relevant. For an accessibility problem, describe the page and what you were trying to read or operate. Do not send a full account screenshot merely to explain a layout problem.
Keep private details out
Do not send full card numbers, PINs, security codes, passwords, login codes, account balances, transaction images or identity documents. We cannot authenticate a card, look up an account, release a hold, cancel a purchase or file a dispute.
